Description

LTZN-03D-LD is a DC12V capacitive touch and radar sensing controller for LED mirrors. It supports automatic radar activation, 10%–100% stepless dimming, brightness memory and independent demister control.

Product Description

LTZN-03D-LD combines capacitive touch control with radar sensing for LED mirror applications. Users can operate the mirror light and demister through touch keys, while the radar function provides automatic light activation when a person approaches the mirror.

The radar sensing distance is approximately 1.5–2 meters. After the user leaves the sensing range, the mirror light switches off after a 30-second delay.

The controller supports DC12V input and DC12V 5A, 60W output. It measures 51.4 × 153 × 9 mm and weighs 58 g. It is suitable for 3–5 mm glass, with an 18–20 mm touch area diameter and 24.5 mm icon spacing.

Operating Instructions

Light Control

Short press the light touch key to switch between:

White light → Off

When the main light is on, the blue indicator turns on and the white indicator turns off. When the main light is off, the blue indicator turns off and the white indicator turns on.

Brightness Adjustment

When the main light is on, press and hold the light touch key to adjust the brightness steplessly from 10% to 100%.

Successive long presses alternate between increasing and decreasing brightness.

Standby Indicator Control

When the mirror light is off and the white standby indicator is on, press and hold the light touch key to turn off the standby indicator.

Brightness Memory

The controller remembers the selected brightness when the main light is switched off.

For example, adjust the main light to 50% brightness, wait five seconds and then switch it off. When switched on again, the light returns to 50% brightness.

Radar Sensing

When radar sensing is active, the controller detects a person approaching within approximately 1.5–2 meters and automatically switches on the mirror light.

When the person moves beyond the sensing range, the mirror light switches off after approximately 30 seconds.

When radar sensing is active, the blue indicator turns on and the white indicator turns off. When radar sensing is inactive, the blue indicator turns off and the white indicator turns on.

Demister Control

Short press the demister touch key to cycle between:

Demister On → Demister Off

When the demister is on, its blue indicator turns on and its white indicator turns off. When the demister is off, its blue indicator turns off and its white indicator turns on.

The demister can be controlled independently through the demister touch key.

Radar Function Control

Press and hold the demister touch key to toggle the radar sensing function on or off.

Home Bathroom Mirrors

Radar sensing automatically activates the mirror light when a user approaches. Touch control allows users to adjust brightness and operate the demister during daily grooming.

Hotel and Apartment Mirrors

Automatic activation and delayed shutoff provide convenient hands-free mirror lighting. Brightness memory restores the selected lighting level when the mirror light is switched on again.

LED Mirror OEM Projects

The compact controller can be integrated into custom LED mirrors and illuminated mirror cabinets using compatible 12V lighting. Manufacturers should confirm the connected lighting and demister loads, wiring requirements, glass thickness and installation space before integration.
